Who lives in devonshire?

i live in italy.
very close to Assisi.
where can i find some site to exchange hospitality?

Answer on Who lives in devonshire?

You are right. The correct term is Devonshire, although Brits call it Devon for short.
I think you may have to find an association that specialises in holiday exchanges. They were all the rage in the 80s, but we don't here as much about them now.
Either that or Google "The Western Morning News". That is the daily local newspaper for the Westcountry. It is produced in Plymouth, and you could put in an advert for what exactly you want.

How valid do you think these sources are?

I am writting an essay on the Spring Offensive of World War One and came across this website which offers several sources:
http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/FWW…

How valid do dyou think these sources are?

How can I get more information about the sources to quote them properly?

Do you have any additional sources websites or any kind of input you'd like to volunteer about the Spring Offensive or the Stromtroopers?

This is a serious question, serious answers only please.

Answer on How valid do you think these sources are?

Looks well documented. Try to find corroborating evidence in books or newspapers.

Calories and Carb tips?

How many calories should an eleven year old have a day? And how many carbs too? i want to have a Healty diet like not starving myself and not over eating on accident so if I could figure out how many calories and carbs an eleven year old souldhave that would be great?

Answer on Calories and Carb tips?

Don't pay attention to carbs. The anti-carb diet was a fad and it's bad for your body.
You should probably stay under 2000 calories (the adult average), but don't focus too much on the number. It's what you eat that counts--eat a variety of foods, including fruits and vegetables every day. If you just eat Weight Watchers tv dinners for every meal it's not exactly healthy. X)

Answer on Am i pretty? (pics) Rate me? What could make me look better?

You are very pretty! Young and pretty! Don't look for rates on here, it will only bruise your ego. You don't look like christina or selena though. Being honest. You are pretty in your own way. It seem you are insecure though to state you want help on your flaws.. work on your self esteem and you will be even better :)

Is there a free site that will let me track weight loss, nutrition info, and exercise without a membership?

Everything I'm finding requires a membership. Some say they are free, but then don't allow you to access their food database or use their online weight loss journal. I used to use a great site that was completely free and I can't remember the name. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Help me with some research on Italy?

I need to know:
Any special celebrations or feasts and foods involved and special eating habits or customs or customs.
What foods grow naturally in the country?
How has the geography and climate influenced the food prepared there?
What cooking techniques are used?
What other exciting facts can you find about the people or country?

Thank you so, so, so much. :D

Answer on Help me with some research on Italy?

Any special celebrations or feasts and foods involved and special eating habits or customs or customs.

Well every region in Italy has its own way to celebrate a particular event.
But we can say, for Christmas we use to eat panettone (that is a Chrismas cacke from Milan http://www.grottaglieinrete.it/public/im… or pandoro (tath is a cacke from verona http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Rt5tEQC9pfU/RZ…
On Christmas eve generally we use to eat fish.
On midnight of New Year's Eve we eat cotechino and lentils.
Cotechino is like a big sausage http://www.lamadrepietra.com/cotechino%2…
We think that if eat lentils we'll have money for new year.
Instead of cotechino, some people prefers zampone (leg of pork http://www.venetidelmondo.com/marcopolo/…
On Christmas period on the streets you can meet zampognaro playng Christmas songs http://www.zampognaridicalabria.it/primo…
The night before 6th jannuary Befana will give her presents and candy to all good children.
She is a old good witch flying on her broom.
On february we celebrate Carnival and masked children go on the streets celebrating it with joy.
On this period we use to eat frappe (also called chiacchiere) http://www.picaiwi.enry.net/EDUCATIONAL/…
and castagnole http://www.carnevaledamare.it/2009/img/c…
For Easter we eat a cacke called colomba http://www.regali-di-pasqua.it/images/co…
The 15th of august we celebrate Ferragosto with fire works
For others great celebrations like palios look here http://www.italyguide.com/index2.php?m=m…
